Experience
Mr. Ahmad is responsible for managing the firm’s day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial matters. He oversees the preparation and issuance of client invoices, ensuring that legal fees, government charges, and applicable taxes are correctly applied and documented.
Mr. Ahmad manages the firm’s accounts payable and receivable, monitors outstanding balances, and follows up on pending payments to maintain healthy cash flow. He prepares monthly financial reports and statements for internal review, supporting the management team with up-to-date financial insights.
Mr. Ahmad coordinates with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements applicable to the firm and is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensures that all transactions are properly documented and archived in accordance with accounting standards and firm policies.
Mr. Ahmad provides support to partners and associates on financial matters, including budgeting for client matters, expense tracking, and financial planning. He plays a key role in streamlining financial processes within the firm and implementing best practices to improve financial efficiency and reporting accuracy.
