Prior to joining MAK, Mrs. Salma AlHaddad worked for 10 years as an Executive Secretary and Office Manager in several corporations and law firms before joined MAK in 2018.

Mrs. Salma AlHaddad joined MAK in 2018 as a Senior Paralegal, augmenting the firm’s caliber with 10 years’ experience in administrative, corporate and government relations matters.

She then continued her ambitious plan and worked as a Senior Paralegal at MAK while completing her bachelors degree in law.

In Dec. 2020 she took her Bachelor of Law from AlImam Mohammad Bin Saud Islamic University (LLB) in Jeddah in KSA.

Due to Mrs. Salma’s dedication and long experience and after the completion of her Bachelor of Law, she became a legal Consultant at MAK since Dec. 2020.

Mrs. Salma during her work at MAK has gained a wealth of knowledge and developed her experience in corporate and commercial legal matters.

Mrs. Salma has assisted many clients on structuring and establsihing their limited liability and mixed-capital companies in KSA, and has vast experience before the Ministry of Commerce (MoC), the Ministry of Investment Saudi Arabia (MISA) and other Saudi ministries and government bodies.

Mrs. Salma has contributed to studying, preparing and filing many cases before various judicial and semi-judicial bodies in KSA and the Implementation Court.
