Ms. Tala Abdulmajeed is a Saudi bilingual Associate with a law degree from Dar Al-Hekma University in Jeddah in KSA in 2018 (one of the top English law schools in KSA).

Ms. Tala Abdulmajeed has been recorded at the Saudi Ministry of Justice in 2018.

Ms. Tala Abdulmajeed has joined MAK legal team in 2018 as a Junior Associate. Due to Ms. Tala’s dedication and wide experience in Saudi law she became an Associate at MAK since 2022.

Ms. Tala has strong competence in advising foreign international companies on structuring their company’s formation and conducting their business in KSA and provides creative and practical solutions to meet the growing availability of inward investment in the Saudi market.

Ms. Tala has worked on and assisted several local clients in many corporate, commercial, labour, real estate, intellectual property matters and contracts.

Ms. Tala has a good record in arbitration and litigation related matters before different Saudi courts.

Ms. Tala as a result of her academic study and experience at MAK gained valuable ongoing practical experience in the provision of legal services in both Arabic and English.
