  1. MAK advised a reputable Saudi company working in exporting and importing foodstuff goods in connection with protecting its intellectual property rights in Saudi Arabia and carried out all the required procedures on its behalf to register and renew (30) trademarks in Saudi Arabia before SAIP and the Middle East.

  2. MAK advised a reputable fashion Saudi company in connection with protecting its intellectual property rights in Saudi Arabia and carried out all the required procedures on its behalf to register and renew (10) trademarks in Saudi Arabia before SAIP and the Middle East.
     
  3. MAK continues to advise and represent a reputable Saudi company, owning and operating prestigious coffee shops in Saudi Arabia, in connection with protecting its intellectual property rights in Saudi Arabia and conducting multiple official searches and inspections for trademarks in Saudi Arabia before the competent authorities to protect its trademark and brand from infringement. 

  4. MAK prepared and advised a top-tier UK law firm on Trademarks License Agreements, and carried out all the procedures required to register trademarks license agreements of one of its clients before the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.

  5. MAK prepared and advised a reputable foreign company, owning and operating prestigious restaurants and coffee shops in Saudi Arabia, and filed several lawsuits before the competent authorities and courts in connection with the cancellation of registered trademarks in Saudi Arabia, including compensation claims.

  6. MAK prepared and advised a Saudi company, owning and operating well-known coffee shops in Saudi Arabia, to file several complaints and objections to the Complaints Committee of Trademarks against the rejection of SAIP to register its trademark under multiple classes. MAK also prepared and filed appeals before the competent court to challenge the decision of the Complaints Committee of Trademarks not to register the company’s trademark. 

  7. MAK advised and represented a Saudi company and prepare and file several lawsuits before the competent court to claim compensation resulting from the infringement of its trademarks. 

  8. MAK advised and represented a well-known international fashion company in filing multiple complaints and objections before the Trademarks Complaints Committee, challenging SAIP’s refusal to register its trademark.

  9. MAK advised and represented a Saudi corporation and registered (25) trademarks outside Saudi Arabia through the international offices and agencies associated with MAK.

  10. MAK advised and represented a well-known international company by preparing and filing multiple lawsuits before the competent courts to challenge the Trademarks Complaints Committee’s decisions refusing the registration of the company’s trademark.

  11. MAK advised and represented a reputable information technology Saudi company and carried out all the required procedures on its behalf to register copyrights in Saudi Arabia before SAIP in connection with multiple software programs.

  12. MAK advised and represented a Saudi software programming company and filed complaints, criminal and civil lawsuits before the copyrights committee, the general prosecution and the competent court in connection with copyright infringement of a software program in Saudi Arabia.

  13. MAK advised and represented a foreign company regarding a teeth whitening patent and carried out all the required procedures to register patents in Saudi Arabia before SAIP.

  14. MAK advised and represented a Saudi company and filed complaints, objections and appeals to the competent authorities and court in connection with a patent dispute.

  15. MAK advised and represented one of the largest importers of rice in Saudi Arabia and carried out all the required procedures before the competent authorities, committees and courts to withdraw and seize counterfeited products in Saudi Arabia and prevent the use of counterfeit and unauthorized trademarks.

  16. MAK advised and represented a Saudi company acting as an agent in Saudi Arabia for a well-known household appliances brand and carried out all the required procedures before the competent authorities, committees and courts to withdraw and seize counterfeited products in Saudi Arabia and prevent the use of counterfeit and unauthorized trademarks.

  17. MAK advised and represented Pierre Cardin and Daniel Hecter in Saudi Arabia, while working with a top-tier UK law firm, and carried out all the required procedures before the competent authorities, committees and court to withdraw and seize counterfeited products in Saudi Arabia and prevent the use of counterfeit and unauthorized trademarks in connection with Daniel Hecter trademark.

  18. MAK advised and represented Hyatt Park Hotel in Saudi Arabia, while working with a top-tier international law firm and carried out all the required procedures before the competent authorities, committees and courts to stop and prevent the use of counterfeit and unauthorized trademarks in connection with Hyatt park Hotel trademark.

  19. MAK advised the renowned Italian fashion brand Golden Goose on the regulatory requirements and licensing needed to conduct e-commerce and online retail operations in Saudi Arabia.
