  1. MAK prepared and advised Radisson Blu Hotels on Management Services Agreements, ensuring full compliance with applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulatory requirements.

  2. MAK prepared and advised on the Management Services Agreement and License Agreement for Sheraton Hotels, ensuring their compliance with all relevant laws and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.

  3. MAK advised Hyatt Hotels on compliance with the relevant laws and regulations of Saudi Arabia, providing guidance on brand protection and ensuring its legal safeguarding within Saudi Arabia.

  4. MAK prepared and advised a well-known Saudi company on all necessary procedures, licenses, and permits required to construct and operate hotels in Makkah, Al Khobar, Riyadh, and Jeddah. This included obtaining approvals from relevant authorities, such as the Municipality, Civil Defense, and the Notary Public.

  5. MAK prepared and advised a prominent Saudi company on lease agreements for the rental of multiple prominent hotel properties located in Makkah, Al Khobar, and Jeddah.

  6. MAK prepared and advised a Saudi company on the Management Services Agreement with Shaza Hotel for the establishment and operation of its hotel in Jeddah.

  7. MAK prepared and advised a Saudi company on the Consultancy Services Agreement and Management Agreement with Pullman Hotel (part of Accor Hotels Group) for the establishment and operation of a hotel in Jeddah.

  8. MAK prepared and advised a Saudi company on the Management Services Agreement and License Agreement for the development and operation of twenty (20) towers and hotels in the Al-Masfalah District of Makkah. The estimated value of this mega landmark project is approximately SAR 7 billion (USD 1.87 billion).

  9. MAK prepared and advised a Saudi company on Management Agreements and Operation Services Agreements for the development, building and operations of several well-known and prominent restaurants in Saudi Arabia.

  10. MAK prepared and advised a Saudi company on Management Agreements and Operational Services Agreements in connection with the establishment and operation of a substantial number of coffee shops across Saudi Arabia.

  11. MAK advised a Saudi company in connection with a 5-stars hospitality project in Makkah, with an estimated construction value of 170 million SAR.

  12. MAK advised a Saudi company and undertook all necessary procedures to obtain the requisite license and permit from the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage for the operation and management of tourist accommodation facilities. The company has utilized the license and permit to open and operate multiple hotels in Makkah.
