  2. MAK advised and represented a well-known foreign client in a complex and high-stakes arbitration involving a fees amounting to $35,000 USD.

  3. MAK advised on a high-stakes dispute regarding contracting, the case involved fuel tanks and the specifications of their construction.

  4. MAK advised on a complex dispute for Sawani in connection with an escrow account and escrow agent.

  5. MAK advised and represented DSR senator lines in a shipping dispute against Hanjin for International Shipping before the Commercial Court in Saudi Arabia.

  6. MAK advised and represented a well-known UK based company in a litigation involving a Saudi Arabia based advisement company before the Commercial Court in Saudi Arabia.

  7. MAK advised and represented New Europe Service s.a.s. in a dispute with a Saudi entity in connection with an outstanding amount of CHF 2,177,350 involving the provision of ground transportation and security services in Switzerland.

  8. MAK advised and represented an IT mixed-capital company before the Commercial Court in Saudi Arabia in relation to the implementation of a technical services agreement.

  9. MAK advised and represented a well-known Saudi furniture company in a high-profile arbitration related to a contracting dispute against SAMACO.

  10. MAK advised and represented a group of influential Saudi individuals against a waqf trustee before the General Court in Saudi Arabia.

  11. MAK advised and represented a Saudi company in relation to several disputes regarding (10) villas in Marina Tower against Emaar KAEC.

  12. MAK advised and represented a Saudi company in connection with several disputes against Emaar KAEC in connection with (20) villas in Bay La Sun – Beach Towers and the Esmeralda El Pradera villas project.

Our firm acted on behalf of the client before the Commercial Court in Saudi Arabia, handling all legal proceedings and strategy related to the enforcement of contractual rights and resolution of claims.

  14. MAK advised and represented a mixed capital Saudi contracting company under liquidation involving a dispute filed against the liquidation officeholder.
