- MAK advised a foreign prospective investor in relation to the “Al-Shobily Project,” one of the major Saudi “mega projects” listed on the MISA website. MAK conducted a thorough legal due diligence process, focusing on Saudi laws and regulations governing private development and ownership of utilities and infrastructure projects, including land/property acquisition, leasing laws, taxes, and the establishment of legal entities through joint venture agreements. This advisory work was crucial for the investor as the project is set to attract an investment of 60 billion SAR in Saudi Arabia.
- MAK advised and established a foreign-owned LLC in Saudi Arabia, wholly owned by multiple Singapore-based entities, for the purpose of opening and operating restaurants in the Kingdom.
