- MAK advised a reputable UAE consortium in connection with a FIDIC’s Conditions of Contract for Construction for a project to be carried out in Saudi Arabia with an estimated value over 300 million SAR (80 million USD).
- MAK advised a reputable Bahrain-based paint manufacturing company on the application of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction, in relation to the steel works package for its factory expansion project in Saudi Arabia.
- MAK advised a reputable Saudi company on the application of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction in connection with the development of a business tower on the Jeddah Corniche. The value of the contract exceeds SAR 700 million (USD 187 million).
- MAK advised a prominent Saudi company on the application of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Design and Build, in connection with a project to design and construct a plant in Saudi Arabia. The contract is valued at over SAR 400 million (USD 107 million).
